The NLMD-LT terms and conditions can be found here
NLMD-LT will grant authorised account holders free use of the system to undertake recording of the movement of NLMD-LT-approved devices attached to livestock.
The extent of usage and the nature of transactions (data submitted for recording and reports available) will depend on the account held by an NLMD-LT user.
NLMD-LT may from time to time suspend the use of an account for reasons of security, for system maintenance or if requested to do so by a regulatory authority. NLMD-LT reserves the right to suspend access accordingly.
NLMD-LT may be accessed through secure web pages and through approved software packages. It is intended that software packages from on farm software, market software and abattoir backend systems will be able to interact directly with NLMD-LT.
NLMD-LT requires that all users allow the placement of NLMD-LT cookies (small files facilitating the management of NLMD-LT sessions) on every PC that will be used to access an NLMD-LT account.
NLMD-LT requires that users act in good faith and protect their account details, including maintaining password security. In using the NLMD-LT system, you should also consult the NLMD-LT privacy, copyright and disclaimer statements.
NLMD-LT does not hold extensive details about properties or information about stock ownership. Information relating to the location and management of a property and the disease and pesticide residue statuses of a property is associated with the Parish Council Holding number (CPH). The disease and residue statuses of properties and individual animals are maintained by industry and government participants. Although NLMD-LT refers to such information, NLMD-LT is not responsible for the accuracy or currency of that information.
